Transactional Emails added to the Store

DownloadPlus is adding new Transactional Emails to your Store.

To customize any of the default DownloadPlus templates, import the default into the Transactional Emails of Magento:

System » Transactional Emails » Add New Template

Load the default template of the related Transactional Email from the 'English' Locale, for the name see below on the documentation to the individual Transactional Emails:



Modify the template and save it into the pool of Transactional Emails. After that you may want to reselect the Email Notification Template in the related Configuration Section of DownloadPlus.

This Transactional Email is sent when:

• You have used 'Notify Customer' in the Additional Downloads for a Customer purchased Downloadable Product.
• An existing additional Download for the purchased Downloadable Product has become available by the related Order Status.

These Variables are available for the customization of the Template:

• customer … the current Customer Model (Mage/Customer/Customer)
• order … the current Order Model (Mage/Sales/Order)
• orderitem … the current Order Item Model (Mage/Sales/Order/Item)
• product … the purchased Product (Mage/Catalog/Product)
• purchasedlink … the current Purchased Link Model (Mage/Downloadable/Link/Purchased)
• purchasedlinkitem … the current Purchased Link Item Model (Mage/Downloadable/Link/Purchased/Item)
• billing … the Billing Address of the current Order
• download … the Additional Download Model (Pisc/Downloadplus/Link/Customer/Item)

This Transactional Email is sent when:

• You have used 'Notify Customer' in the Serial Number for a Customer purchased Downloadable Product.
• An existing Serial Number for the purchased Downloadable Product has become available by the related Order Status.
