Limitations of SmtpPlus

Keep a Copy of all sent Emails will only be able to store a message copy in case the Magento Core Email functions are being used.

For other 3rd-Party Extensions this means that if these extensions are using own code to send Emails, these may get missed by SmtpPlus to get saved. Same is valid for the SmtpPlus Events.
